Description:

The HT1030 is a kind of three-terminal low power voltage regulators implemented in CMOS technology. The advantage of CMOS technology is low voltage dropout and low quiescent current. The output voltage is 3.0 V. The device can be used with external components to obtain variable voltages and currents. The typical applications include battery-powered equipment, communication equipment and audio/Video equipment.

There are some features as follows. First is low power consumption. The second is low voltage dropout. Then is low temperature coefficient. Next is wide operating voltage (12 V Max.). At last, TO-92 & SOT-89 packages are available.

The following is about the absolute maximum ratings. The supply voltage is from -0.3V to 13V. The power dissipation is 250 mW. The storage temperature is from -50 to 125℃. The operating temperature is from -0 to 70℃. Then is some information about the electrical characteristics. The minimum VOUT (Output Voltage Tolerance) is 2.85 V, the typical is 3.0 V and the maximum is 3.15 V at VIN=5 V, IOUT=10 mA. The minimum IOUT (Output Current) is 20 mA and the typical is 30 mA at VIN=5 V.
