Edited by seekic.com,the leading IC purchasers' best choice of platform for one-stop valued service!
Description:

The PS2703 is a kind of high isolation voltage photocoupler which is an optically coupled isolator. It is designed for high density mounting applications. It can be use in accosions such as programmable logic controllers, small power supply, hybrid IC,FA/OA equipment, telephone or fax. It is available in the SOP package which has shield effect to cut off ambient light.

The following is some information about its features. (1) AC input response; (2) high collector to emitter voltage; (3) high isolation voltage; (4) small and thin (SOP) package; (5) high-speed switching; (6) ordering number of taping product; (7) UL approved; (Cool VDE0884 approved.

Then is some description concerning its absolute maximum ratings when TA is 25 ℃. (1): forward current (IF) is 50 mA; (2): reverse voltage (VR) is 6 V; (3):peak forward current is 1 A; (4): power dissipaton (PD) is 80 mW/ch; (5): operating temperature (TA) is from -55 ℃ to 100 ℃; (6): storage temperature (Tstg) is from -55 ℃ to 100 ℃; (7): collector current (IC) is 80 mA/ch; (Cool: isolation voltage is 3750 Vrms; (9): collector to emitter voltage (VCEO) is 120 V,the emitter to collector voltage (VECO) is 6 V. The following is about its elecrtical characters when TA is 25 ℃. (1): the typical forward voltage (VF) is 1.1 V,the maximum is 1.4 V; (2): the typical terminal capacitance is 60 pF when V is 0 and f is 1 MHz; (3): isolation capacitance is 0.4 pF; (4): the maximum current transfer ratio is 400 %,the typical is 150 %,the minimum is 50 %; (5): the maximum collector to emitter current is 100 nA when VCE is 120 V and IF is 0; (6): the typical rise time is 10 μs and fall time is 10 μs.
