Hello,

Idea Do you want to get a notification when I add something new to this site ?

Arrow you must be a registered user (click on the "Register" link on the top of this page if you are not)
Arrow you must be logged in (click on the "Log in" link on the top of this page if you are not)
Arrow clic on the "Watch this topic for replies" link at the botton of this page

you can also clic on the "Post reply" button.

You can stop the notifications at any time, by clicking on the "Stop watching this topic" link at the botton of this page.
