I bought the Vr Stamp toolkit last month.
I need that Vr recognize the portuguese language for Speaker dependant aplication. How I make this?
Some options:
1- The user records himself the voice ( without using the PC), but the Vr stamp no record and Play because "All of the world-class
technologies in the FluentChip library are available for use on the VR Stamp, with the exception of Record & Play due to
memory constraints." I need train the recognizer with the words . How to solver this ?

2- Use the "Quick T2SI Lite" for to concatened fones and make words. However I don't have portugues voice bank.
If I recorder my voice, how the final user can use the system ? How to solve this question?

Hi sandrot,

1 You don't need to use record & play functions to train the VRStamp to recognize words, it can be done with VRStamp only and no other storage capacity ;

2 Did you check if there is a portuguese language pack for T2SI ?

Isn't there a portuguese language pack for T2SI.
Which would be the best option: to record the voice of the final user or to use English phones to form words in Portuguese(it´s possible) ?

You can train the recognizer with words in portuguese, since your application is user dependant.
In this case, you don't have to bother with the language : you can even train the system with a noise
