Hi bruno.
I'm using a p18LF4620 a 8mhz xtal and i follow your schematic (5V supply).

I can't get images in my TV.

I use a DIY programmer (on parallel port) )http://www.ucapps.de/mbhp_burner.html) and a very rude program http://www.sprut.de/electronic/pic/18f.htm#18fxxxx...
what can i check ?
Fuses configuration are written in the hex file?
