Hello,
I am working on project related to microcontroller AT89S8252/AT89S52.I have already programmer for AT89S52/AT89S8252.Now I want to interface Ethernet controller ENC28J60 with microcontroller AT89S8252/AT89S52 for communication.

I see the project in which ENC28J60 interface with PIC microcontrolller.

Can you please tell me with ENC28J60 which microcontroller more suitable
either AT89S52 or AT89S8252 ?..

Can you please tell me ,What changes is required in TCP/IP stack of
ENC28J60 for AT89S52/AT89S8252 ?..

I try to implement it but i confused in it all.

Thanking you....

With Regards,
Ankur

Hi,

I hope a AT89S user will point you to the most suitable MCU, to me any MCU with a 10 Mhz SPI interface and more than 1500 bytes of RAM will fit.

Moving a TCP/IP stack from a MCU to another is not an easy task. Don't you have already drivers or libraries for ENC28J60 with your compiler ?

Hi,

thanks for reply and suggestion.I done inquiry about ENC28J60.But there is tcp/ip stack problem.
Is there another solution for that instead of ENC28J60 ?..
I want to use ethernet with AT89S52/AT89S8252 for communication only.

If you don't want to bother with TCP/IP, here is a universal solution :
http://www.telecom-design.com/index.php?page=offer&local=uk&s_pdt=24
works with any MCU with one UART Cool
