Description:

The 2SB370 is a kind of germanium PNP alloyed junction type which is designed for audio frequency output stage amplifier. It has some features as relatively large allowable collector dissipation in small dimension and linear dependency of current transfer ratio on collector current up to rated value. The transistor is effectively used as medium power output stage amplifiers of portable radios, car radio receivers, tape recorders and so on.Edited by http://www.seekic.com/icdata/2SB370.html the leading IC purchasers' best choice of platform for one-stop valued service!
What comes next is about the absolute maximum ratings. The VCBO (Collector-base voltage) is -25 V.The VCEO (Collector-emitter voltage) is -18 V and the VCES (Collector-emitter voltage) is -25 V.The VEBO (emitter-base voltage) is -12 V.The IC (Collector Current) is -500 mA.The IE (emitter Current) is 500 mA.The PC (Collector Dissipation) is 200 mW.The Tstg (Storage Temperature Range) is from -55 to +85℃.The TJ (Junction Temperature) is 85℃.
There are the electrical characteristics at 25℃ ambient temperature. The minimum BVCBX (collector-base breakdown voltage) is -25 V at IC=-100 μA,VEB=-6 V.The maximum ICBO (collector current) is -20μA at VCB=-12 V,IE=0.The maximum IEBO (emitter-base cutoff current) is -20 μA at VEB=-6 V,IC=0.The maximum ICEO (collector-emitter cutoff current) is -5 mA at VCE=-18 V,RBE=∞.The maximum ICES (collector cutoff current) is -5 mA at VCE=-25 V,RBE=0.The minimum hFE(collector cutoff current) is 70,the typical is 150 and the maximum is 300 at VCE=-1 V,IC=-150 mA.The typical hfe (small signal current transfer ratio) is 110 at VCE=-6 V,IC=-1 mA,f=270 Hz.
