Description:

The UF4005 is desigend as ultrafast switching si-rectifiers.
Some general specifications have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its nominal current which would be 1A. The next one is about its repetitive peak reverse voltage which would be from 50 to 1000V. The next one is about its plastic case which would be DO-41. The next one is about its weight approx which would be 0.4g. The next one is about its plastic meterial which has UL classification 94V-0.Edited by http://www.seekic.com/icdata/UF4005.html the leading IC purchasers' best choice of platform for one-stop valued service!
There are UF4005 absolute maximum ratings having been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its repetitive peak reverse voltage which would be 600V. The next one is about its surge peak reverse voltage which would be 600V. The next one is about its max. average forward rectified current, R-load at Ta = 50°C which would be 1 A. The next one is about its repetitive peak forward current at f > 15 Hz which would be 10 A. The next one is about its peak forward surge current, 50/60 Hz half sine-wave at Ta = 25°C which would be 30/33 A. The next one is about its rating for fusing, t < 10 ms at Ta = 25°C which would be 4.5 A2s. The next one is about its junction temperature which would be from -50°C to +175°C. The next one is about its storage temperature which would be from -50°C to +175°C.
Also there are some characteristics have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its reverse recovery time which would be max 75ns. The next one is about its forward voltage which would be max 1.7V at If=1A. The next one is about its leakage current at Tj = 25°C, Vr = Vrrm which would be less than 10 μA. The next one is about its thermal resistance junction to ambient air which would be less than 45 K/W. The next one is about its thermal resistance junction to leads which would be less than 15 K/W.
