Edited by seekic.com,the leading IC purchasers' best choice of platform for one-stop valued service!
Description:

The 752T is a kind of N-channel vertical power FET with charge pump, ground referenced CMOS compatible input, monolithically integrated in Smart SIPMOS technology. It also provides embedded protective functions. It can be used in all types of resistive, inductive and capacitive loads,μC compatible power switch for 12 V,24 V and 42 V DC applications and replaces electromechanical relays and discrete circuits. It is available in the P-DSO-8 package.

The following is the description on its features. (1) overload protection; (2) current limitation; (3) short circuit protection; (4) thermal shutdown with restart; (5) overvoltage protection (including load dump); (6) fast demagnetization of inductive loads; (7) reverse battery protection with external resistor; (Cool CMOS compatible input; (9) loss of GND and loss of Vbb protection; (10) ESD - Protection; (11) very low standby current.

What comes next is about maximum ratings at Tj is 25 ℃. (1): supply voltage (Vbb) is 52 V; (2): continuous input voltage (VIN) is from -10 V to 16 V; (3): operating temperature (Tj) is from -40 ℃ to 150 ℃; (4): storage temperature (Tstg) is from -55℃ to 150 ℃; (5): power dissipation is 1.5 W; (6): current through input pin is ±5 mA; (7): the typical turn-on time is 80 μs,the maximumis 180 μs at RL is 47 Ω; (Cool: the typical turn-off time is 80 μs,the maximum is 200 μs when RL is 47 Ω; (9): the maximum leakage output current is 5 μA at VIN is low.
