The OPA4277UA is a member of OPA277 series precision op amps. The OPA277 series are intended to replace the industry standard OP-177. They offer improved noise, wider output voltage swing, and are twice as fast with half the quiescent current. They operate from ±2V to ±18V supplies with excellent performance. In addition, they are easy to use and free from phase inversion and overload problems found in some other op amps. They are stable in unity gain and provide excellent dynamic behavior over a wide range of load conditions. The quad (OPA4277) is available in DIP-14 and SO-14 surface-mount packages. The typical applications include: (1)transducer amplifier; (2)bridge amplifier; (3)temperature measurements; (4)strain gage amplifier; (5)precision integrator; (6)battery powered instruments; (7)test equipment.
ParametricsAbsolute maximum ratings: (1)Supply Voltage: 36V; (2)Input Voltage: (V–) –0.7V to (V+) +0.7V; (3)Output Short-Circuit: Continuous; (4)Operating Temperature: –55℃ to +125℃; (5)Storage Temperature: –55℃ to +125℃; (6)Junction Temperature: 150℃; (7)Lead Temperature (soldering, 10s): 300℃; (8)ESD Rating (Human Body Model): 2000V; (Machine Model): 100V.
FeaturesFeatures: (1)ultra low offset voltage: 10μV; (2)ultra low drift: ±0.1μv/℃; (3)high open-loop gain: 134dB; (4)high common-mode rejection: 140dB; (5)high power supply rejection: 130dB; (6)low bias current: 1nA max; (7)wide supply range: ±2V to ±18V; (8)low quiescent current: 800μA/amplifier; (9)single, dual, and quad versions; (10)replaces OP-07, OP-77, OP-177. |
