The AT45DB041D-SU is a 2.5V or 2.7V, serial-interface Flash memory ideally suited for a wide variety of digital voice-, image-, program code- and data-storage applications.
ParametricsAbsolute maximum ratings: (1)Temperature under Bias: -55℃ to +125℃; (2)Storage Temperature: -65℃ to +150℃; (3)All Input Voltages (except VCC but including NC pins); (4)with Respect to Ground: -0.6V to +6.25V; (5)All Output Voltages with Respect to Ground: -0.6V to VCC + 0.6V.
FeaturesFeatures: (1)Single 2.5V or 2.7V to 3.6V Supply; (2)RapidS Serial Interface: 66 MHz Maximum Clock Frequency; (3)User Configurable Page Size; (4)Page Program Operation; (5)Flexible Erase Options; (6)Two SRAM Data Buffers (256/264 Bytes).
